Gracie Bee

Gracie Bee is a vibrant 20-year-old with a lifetime of childcare experience—literally. As the oldest of seven siblings and a former camp counselor for children with Type 1 Diabetes, she has spent her life nurturing others.

Diagnosed with T1D in 2014 and living gluten-free due to Celiac Disease, Gracie has first-hand understanding of medical needs, dietary restrictions, and emotional resilience.

Gracie is CPR-certified, has experience calculating and dosing insulin injections, managing CGMs and pumps, and understands the day-to-day care required for kids with chronic conditions. She’s also just plain fun!

Now, she’s looking for a family that needs a trustworthy, energetic, live-in nanny positions and is excited to join a new family for her next adventure.

Gracie is currently located in Utah, originally from Idaho, and is open to relocating for the right fit. She's especially interested in opportunities in major metro areas like San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.

Standard Pay Rates

Live-In OptionS

Gracie is seeking live-in arrangements with private space. For families offering a private room & board, a weekly hourly rate or a weekly stipend will be negotiated depending on hours and expectations.

Weekly Salary & Pay Rates

  • Scheduling Requirements with Base 40+ hours/week defined works hours.

  • Overtime: 1.5x hourly rate for additional evenings/weekends. Paid vacation/sick leave encouraged for longer-term placements

  • Gluten Free food accommodations are required.

  • Travel opportunities: Gracie is passport-ready and open to traveling with families
